The role


Our client is seeking two Assistant Restaurant Managers to join their Food and Beverage team. One position is for a new restaurant opening in April 2025, offering a day-to-night dining concept with stylish spaces, a speakeasy bar, and menus focused on Scotland’s finest produce. The other position is for their Brasserie and Piccolo team, serving family-friendly lunch and dinner with a mix of Italian, French, and British cuisines.


In both roles, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, from breakfast to dinner service. You’ll play a key part in daily operations, leading a team to deliver the highest standards of service with a guest-focused approach. You’ll also help coach and develop bartenders, hosts, and servers, assisting with recruitment, training, and team engagement. With creativity and passion, you’ll contribute to an exciting, dynamic restaurant environment for both the team and guests.
