The Role:
As General Manager, you’ll take full control of the F&B experience, from concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock, creating exciting menus and curating a standout customer experience.
- Leading and developing a dynamic kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure premium quality at the best prices.
- Driving promotions, marketing initiatives and events to attract and retain customers.
- Managing budgets, ensuring profitability and receiving a share of these profits as the business grows.
- Reporting directly to the Venue Director and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced F&B professional who:
- Has a proven track record in managing successful hospitality operations, building relationships with suppliers and creating customer-driven menus.
- Thrives in leading and motivating teams, managing staffing levels and controlling costs.
- Is commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of budgets and financial performance.
- Is a creative marketer, able to develop promotions and events that align with key dates and drive footfall.
- Communicates effectively at all levels, works well in a team and is solution-focused.
- Brings a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
