Head Chef Rewards:
A basic salary of £38-42k is available plus bonus potential.
The Place:
Our client operates a number of unique, and modern business interests and is continuing to expand throughout Scotland. They are currently looking to recruit a dedicated, professional, and career-oriented Head Chef to join the new management structure in one of their Fife operations.
The Job:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the GM with the daily operational matters relating to the venue. You will implement and maintain service standards and develop junior staff team members through coaching and training. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining health and safety standards, whilst ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved. As Head Chef, you will be working very closely with your Sous Chef and team for the delivery of lunch and dinner service, serving Scottish produce with a focus on creative specials and seafood.
The Person:
It is essential that you will have gained a structured and experienced kitchen background, preferably working within a gastropub venue or a pub restaurant operation. As Head Chef, we are looking for that unique individual who can drive and develop the younger members of the kitchen brigade. You should be flexible and focused and will have excellent leadership and man-management skills.
