Xpress is working on behalf of this aspiring, independent luxury destination where an opportunity for a Restaurant & Bars Manager has arisen. The property is renowned for offering high-end, innovative food and amazing service as well as a highly desirable place to stay. It is internationally renowned for its luxury and award-winning hospitality, winning numerous accolades over the years. Set in beautiful surroundings this venue is very popular with both the UK and international visitors. It is located on a private estate on the East coast of Scotland, close to major road networks.
The Job:
As a Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be very much in the public domain making sure that you are helping and contributing to the daily customer experience throughout this aspiring 5-star environment you will be working, as well as learning and developing your skills in all areas of great customer service within a food & Beverage remit within the day to day operation, you will have a wide and varied remit of duties and responsibilities within the property infrastructure and as Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be expected to deliver the very highest service standards within this aspiring luxury and award-winning operation.
The Person
Ideally, we are looking to attract experienced Food and Beverage individuals who have gained a strong and robust grounding within their career to date and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and work in an aspiring highly luxury marketplace environment.
Preferably WSET qualified and from a 2 rosette of higher background.
