Owing to recent internal restructuring and investment our client is now looking to step back from the day-to-day operations and ideally recruit a new Management Team or Couple to take on the management and running of this high-end quality established Inn with rooms
The Job:
Our client is looking for this successful appointment to deal with the following areas of the operation:
Back of House Kitchen Management and Control:
Ideally, we are looking for one of the incoming team to be fully responsible for heading up and managing the day-to-day Kitchen. They would be running, organizing, cooking, menu planning, and constructing homely Countryside traditional dishes that guests coming to a local Pub would like to see on the menu eg Homemade Seasonal Soups along with classic locally sourced fish and game to produce menu favorites like Fish and Chips, Steak Pie or that Sunday Roast.
Front of House
Ideally, we are looking for that 2nd team member or managing couple to be dealing with Hosting those great "Hello's" to all guests both local to the area and community as well as creating a visiting guest that home from home customers experience that will give them. That great wow Factor.
As well as making sure we are being responsible for making sure all of the company's Compliance policies are being adhered to within all areas of Accommodation, F&B Revenue stream, and staff employment via Training and development as well as are running a profitable ship in line with agreed budgets and targets. Above all, it is about making sure that all guests receive an informative and friendly experience truly steeped in that of a homely Scottish countryside inn.
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking to attract experienced individuals or perhaps a Team / Couple who want to live and operate within an out-of-town and ruralist environment living and operating within the local community and being part of the local thriving community. This is an ideal appointment for partnerships who enjoy the outside country lifestyle and are able to demonstrate within their cv to-date a passion for urban living coupled with experience working in a licensed trade Inn, pub, or small countryside hotel
The Rewards
The current total joint package is circa £70,000 (depending upon team or management couple appointment) as part of this package our client is providing full cottage-type accommodation with ongoing attractive performance-related bonus
