The role
As the Night Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the unsung hero of the kitchen, ensuring everything is spotless and ready for service. Working overnight from 10pm to 6.30am, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest hygiene standards, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and keeping the kitchen organized.
You’ll also support the team with basic food preparation tasks when needed. This essential role will help ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, allowing the chefs to focus on delivering exceptional dishes to guests. Our client relies on your dedication to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
