The Place:
Working with Xpress, we are looking for a General Manager who will oversee this predominantly food and beverage business, at this fabulous tourist destination close to Inverness.
The Job:
As the General Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day workings on the food, beverage and retail side of this prestigious visitor attraction operation, you will have a direct reporting line to the Executive team and you will be clearly responsible for adhering to all company policies, procedures and internal/external communication. As the General Manager, you will be the figurehead for this specific area of the business, and you will not only drive forward the current high standards of customer service experience and engagement, but you will also be critically responsible for making sure your team are highly developed in all areas of learning and development relating to hospitality thus enhancing a true maximised return to the business in all trading areas of the business.
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager, someone that is experienced in being a leader by example as our client operates as a very prestigious tourist attraction, therefore applying candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of operating within a food, beverage and retail environment which could be a quality hospitality operation or another award-winning visitor attraction to date. Our client is looking for applicants to have achieved a minimum of 3 years operating within a management role to be considered for this role. A full job specification is available on application.
The Rewards:
Currently, the salary on offer is circa £40,000 and a full breakdown of further package details will be fully outlined at the interview stage, first interviews will be held by our recruitment partner Xpress recruitment.
