The Job:


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Manager for our client’s small luxury hotel property in Stirlingshire. As the Reception Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive the highest level of personalised service. Our client believes in offering an unparalleled experience to their guests, treating them as if they are staying in their own family home.



  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour as they arrive at the hotel.

  • Offer guests a comfortable seat and provide them with a beverage to help them relax.

  • Guide guests through the check-in process and create an itinerary to enhance their stay.

  • Handle room reservations and maintain a meticulous record of guest details.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing invoices, bills, and vouchers.

  • Keep the reception area and property tidy and immaculately clean.

  • Manage restaurant reservations and assist with clearing tables in the dining area.

  • Address guest queries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct regular fire safety tests and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.

  • Exceptional telephone manner and strong communication skills.

  • A passion for providing guests with a memorable and personalised experience.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.

  • Previous experience in a luxury 5 star hotel environment.

  • Impeccable organisational and time management skills.
