Our client a forward thinking contract caterer renowned for offering high quality food and service with a rapidly expanding portfolio of clients has an opportunity for an Operations Support Manager. Managing a number of sites at various locations throughout Aberdeen - it would be preferred if you are based in Aberdeen-shire however for the right candidate our client would look at relocation.
The Job:
As Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Chef and Catering Managers. You will implement and maintain service standards while liaising with the client and ensuring that each site within the group is delivering on what has been agreed with the client. Coaching and training the team in delivering exceptional results while achieving budgets and targets and maintaining Health & Safety.
The position will cover B&I contracts and a valid driving license and own car are a must.
